In every honorable profession there are scam artists.  The real estate investing business is no exception.  Due to the recent rise in foreclosures, scam artists are taking advantage of some home-owners when they are most vulnerable.

Con men/women will make promises that they have no intention of keeping.

The single characteristic distinguishing Jon's All About Homes LLC from the con artist is that we tell the truth.  It's not easy to know if someone is lying in order to cheat you.  Con men are good liars.

What can you do to protect yourself?

Your best protection against fraud is to demand to speak with a few former customers.  A con man burns his bridges and usually will not be able to provide references with whom you can speak.  If provided with references, it's up to you to do your homework to determine whether you can trust the person claiming to solve all your problems.

As an active member of the real estate investing community, Jon's All About Homes LLC is committed to ethical business dealings.  We will happily put you in touch with professionals, who have done business with us:  Lawyers, Real Estate Agents, Home Inspectors, Clients, Contractors, City Officials....  Our sincere intention is to build our business on the referrals of our customers.

If you are aware of a real estate related scam taking place in the Shenandoah Valley, please contact us.   We will post information on this web site to help educate the public and prevent local citizens from becoming victims.
